Pre-sale Terms and Conditions

  1. General Provisions

    These terms and conditions define the rules of the pre-sale conducted by The Knitting Box, based in Gdańsk, NIP 9571170160, through the online store www.theknittingbox.pl.

    The pre-sale allows the purchase of products that are in production and will be shipped within a specified period after the production process is completed.

    Placing an order during the pre-sale means accepting these terms and conditions.

  2. Pre-sale Terms

    The pre-sale will take place from March 10 to March 17, 2025.

    The production of ordered products will begin on April 7, 2025, and shipping will be completed within three weeks from that date.

    Orders will be processed on a "first come, first served" basis – products will be shipped in the order the orders are received.

    If an order includes both pre-sale products and items from the regular offer, the entire order will be shipped after the pre-sale is completed, i.e., after April 7, 2025.

  3. Payments

    Payment for pre-sale orders is made in advance.

    Available payment methods are: bank transfer, credit card, BLIK, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay (or others available in the store).

  4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

    Shipping of orders will begin on April 7, 2025, and may take up to three weeks.

    Products are shipped via courier or postal services.

    The delivery cost is in accordance with the pricing available on the store's website.

  5. Returns and Complaints

    Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in accordance with applicable distance selling regulations.

    The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and in the original packaging.

    Complaints regarding product defects will be handled within 14 days from the date of the complaint.

  1. Final Provisions These terms and conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the store's website. The seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions; however, these changes will not affect orders placed before their introduction. In matters not regulated by these terms, Polish law applies, including the Consumer Rights Act.
